The Essence of the #Beengaged Campaign Project

The #Beengaged campaign is an innovative initiative aimed at raising awareness and driving action for bee conservation among Gen Z. This project leverages the power of social AR experiences, influencer partnerships, and targeted social media strategies to connect with a digitally savvy, socially conscious, and diverse generation. By integrating engaging AR filters on popular platforms like TikTok and Instagram, and promoting these through a comprehensive LinkedIn campaign and a dedicated campus ambassador program, we aim to foster a deep understanding and commitment to pollinator conservation. The project addresses the unique characteristics and challenges of Gen Z, emphasizing mental health, inclusivity, and the desire for authentic self-expression. By acknowledging their concerns and providing tangible solutions, #Beengaged seeks to empower Gen Z to make a meaningful impact on the environment, showcasing how individual and collective efforts can lead to significant change. Through this project, we aim to not only raise awareness but also inspire action, creating a lasting legacy of environmental stewardship and sustainability.
